As soon as you've placed an order with us you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once we've then shipped out your order you'll receive another email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received an email yet, don’t worry! Orders are typically shipped out within 12-48 hours of receiving them. Please bear in mind it may take between 1-3 days for the courier to update it's info on tracking.

All of our products are shipped from our London (UK) office, so that we can do quality assurance checks on your pieces before sending them out to you.


The most common male chain length is 20", so we would typically recommend this length for anyone starting out. If you're looking for a slightly tighter looking fit we'd recommend an 18" and if you're looking for something looser and more relaxed we'd recommend a 22". All of that being said you can see for yourself what looks best in our chain size guide here.

Similar to chains, the most common male necklace length is 20 and 22 inches. So, we'd recommend either of these sizes for any new jewellery wearers and returning customers. A 24" necklace typically looks better with a larger pendant than a small pendant necklace. You can see how these lengths look here in our necklace size guide.

If you are between bracelet sizes we would recommend choosing the size up. For example if you have a 7.6 inch wrist we would recommend the 8 inch bracelet. To find out your bracelet/wrist size you can use our easy guide here.

Our top recommendation to wearing a chain and necklace together is to have the plain chain be 2" shorter than the pendant necklace. So, if you have a 20" plain chain we recommend you choose a 22" necklace to wear with it. You can still make the same length necklace and plain chain work as the pendant on the necklace will pull down the chain a little further than your plain chain is sitting, however we still recommend you choose a necklace that is 2" longer than your plain chain. In terms, of positioning you should wear the plain chain over the necklace for the best aesthetic.

We frequently restock our pieces, but if you see something out of stock we highly recommend you sign up for Stock Notifications on the product page, you'll then be notified as soon as it comes back in stock.

We typically don't order in large volumes of stock, so to secure a piece we recommend buying as soon as possible.

Yes, all of our pieces are 100% waterproof and can be worn in the shower, sea, during exercise etc. Our jewellery is made from some of the highest quality sturdy materials, so you don't need to worry about it tarnishing or fading if it gets wet.

Returns, Refunds, Warranty

We are so confident in the quality of our pieces that we provide a Lifetime Warranty on all products. Your jewellery is under warranty for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, starting on the date of purchase from an authorised BCAPS retailer. You are covered for any manufacturing defects, damages upon arrival, fades/tarnishes or no longer working under normal wear. Lost or stolen items as well as damage caused by carelessness are not covered under this warranty. This warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement for your piece. If for any reason we no longer stock the piece, you’ll receive BCAPS store credit to spend on something else from our store.

Yes! Any piece you buy from our website can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Your order will need to be returned to us in it's original packaged condition within 30 days.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, exchange it, or get a refund to the original payment method (for the value of the product purchased).

Please note the following conditions must be met if you would like to return/exchange/refund your order:

- The returned product is unworn and has no signs of use

- The returned product must be in it's original packaging (with any labels still attached) and in resellable condition

Currently we don't provide free returns, you are responsible for returning your product(s). So, we highly recommend choosing tracked or insured shipping as we are not liable if the returned package is lost, damaged or stolen.

*Please note to initiate a return you need to email us ( within 14 days of receiving your order. This gives you a reasonable amount of time to return your items to us. Pieces received after the 30 day return period won't be accepted, if you asked for a refund. You will instead be given BCAPS store credit for the value of the returned item.

We work quickly to make and package your orders, so that they get to you as fast as possible. This means your order can't be changed or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods.

Don't worry though as you can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.

- The products you'd like to return

- Photos of the products you are returning, clearly showing they are in their original packaging, have no signs of wear and are in resellable condition

- The reason you would like to return your items

In the rare case you’ve received your order and are missing an item, please email ( immediately with your order number and the name of the item you are missing. We will then get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

In the rare case you’ve received the wrong item in your order, please email ( immediately with:

- Your order number
- The name of the wrong item you received
- The name of the item you ordered and should’ve received
- A photo of the wrong item you’ve received

We will then get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

We may also ask you to return the wrong item you received and will give you easy instructions on how to return it.
